Poker Tournament Sweepstakes Rules sponsored by From The Earth Foundation
Both the start date and time, and end date and time, of the promotional period during which entries will be accepted: 
12am October 1 through 11:59pm October 31, 2019

Qualifications or eligibility requirements or restrictions (e.g., age 18, not employed by credit union, etc.):  
21+, not employed by From the Earth or any of its subsidiaries, no entries from From the Earth vendors,
partners, or sponsors (any person who is directly involved in business activities with From the Earth).

Any limitations on the number of entries by a single person or household: One entry per person.

Description of each prize, number to be awarded, and value: 
One prize package per store (Port Hueneme and Santa Ana) – At each store, the following 3 prizes will be awarded –

                Winner – 2 entries into the poker tournament, a From the Earth gift bag, and a From the Earth gift card – $1,000 value
                1^st Runner Up – A From the Earth gift bag, and a From the Earth gift card – $200 value
                2^nd Runner Up – A From the Earth gift bag, and a From the Earth gift card – $100 value

Odds of winning for each individual prize, or a calculated estimate: Odds are based on number of sweepstakes entries
How and when winner(s) will be selected: On or before Monday, November 4, 2019. Winners will be chosen at random by computer generator.
How and when winner(s) will be notified. Winners will be contacted via phone or email address that
they provided at time of entry, on or before Monday November 4, 2019.

Any restrictions on receiving the prize: Must show valid ID to verify age and identity at time of receipt of prize.
Prizes will be picked up at From the Earth location they chose at time of entry.
